Q-POP
Website
· 2025
Q-POP is a website that lists francophone pop songs by Quebec artists, from the 1960s to the present day.
The brief for this project was to create an interactive project (website or application) that would solve a social problem in the broadest sense of the term. I decided to focus on the declining interest in Quebec music among young people. According to an article in La Presse, less than 7% of the tracks listened to on streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music and others) are songs produced by Quebec artists.

The art direction I've chosen employs a simple, instantly recognizable graphic style. The branding for Q-POP was created to appeal to a wide audience and be simple to use, both in the website's functionality and in its graphic appearance.
